Cancellation & Refund Policy for Online Room Booking
The following Cancellation & Refund Policy shall apply to all online room bookings made through the Shri Tanot Mata Mandir Trust website.
1. Refund Eligibility
A refund policy of 10 days shall be applicable only in cases of actual cancellation made by the user.
No refund shall be applicable in cases where the booking lapses automatically due to non-reporting or any other reason.
2. Cancellation Time
Cancellation requests shall be accepted only if they are made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking date.
3. Refund on Eligible Cancellation
In case a booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking date, the refund shall be processed as follows:
- 5% of the booking amount plus applicable GST shall be retained as service/processing charges.
- 10% of the booking amount shall be retained by Shri Tanot Mata Mandir Trust.
- The remaining 85% of the booking amount (less applicable GST) shall be refunded through the same payment gateway/mode from which the payment was originally received.
4. Refund Claim Period
The refund must be claimed within 90 days from the date of cancellation.
If no refund claim is preferred within 90 days, the refund shall not be processed.
